Recruitment Focus
In Spain, we use our proven procedures to select the ideal candidates. They then complete a language and preparatory course at the International Formation Center in Madrid.
Over a period of 6 months, they are prepared for this new chapter in their lives. The course comprises 800 instructional units and brings participants to the B2 language level. All participants take a telc exam upon completion.
In addition to general language skills, the course focuses on practical everyday language use, job-related requirements, and intercultural competencies to ensure successful integration beyond the professional environment.
Final Exam Preparation
The preparation courses for the technical language exam and the proficiency exam always take place in Germany. During this time, participants can already work for you on a limited basis and gain initial on-the-job experience—so the onboarding of your new specialist begins right here.
The preparation courses last 8 to 10 weeks. Afterward, participants can take the technical language exam. Upon passing, the individual receives their license to practice and can be deployed as a fully qualified specialist.
Success rate on the specialized language exam on the first attempt—thanks to intensive preparation and a close-knit support program.
