SERVICES
Our services begin even before the recruitment of skilled workers: We inform you about the country-specific characteristics of your industry, the training profile, recognition procedurs and any potential gaps – and how these can be addressed through succesful onboarding.
Selection Procedure
With the help of our own analysis software, which was developed by TALENTBRÜCKE GmbH & Co. KG we identify suitable candidates and make a pre-selection. This allows you to concentrate – with the support of one of our interpreters – fully on the interviews.
Preparation
The selected candidates are prepared by the IFCenter in Madrid. In intensive courses up to level B2, they receive linguistic, cultural and if desired, professional preparation tailored to their future working environment.
Support
To ensure that all legal requirements are met, TALENTS4EU supports the entire recognition process, from certifying translations to the submitting documents and corresponding with the relevant authorities.
During the course, which can be completed with an official Telc certificate, we also assist the candidates with finding accommodation in close coordination with you.
Together with our partners, we also inform the skilled workers with early guidance on the German social security system, health insurance, labor law differences, bank accounts and possible scholarships. In addition, we support them with their first visits to authorities after their arrival in Germany.
