Germany is facing a significant shortage of educators. Rising care rates and legal entitlements have significantly increased the demand for educators in recent years.
Due to low training numbers and the retirement of the baby boom generation, the situation will be worse in the coming years. The Bertelsmann Foundation estimates a need for up 250,000 educators in the coming years. With the legal entitlement to a full-time school place, the demand is expected to rise even further toward the end of the decade. This need can´t be met solely by the German education market.

Early childhood educators in Spain have an education (“Magisterio de Educación Infantil”), which facilities the recognition of their professional qualifications in Germany.
Since 2019, we have already been able to place more than 300 early childhood educators. Our clients include municipalities, private and church institutions, from small centers to large organizations with 70 facilities and more!
The candidates are evaluated through a selection process developed by TALENTBRÜCKE GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to professional qualifications, special attention is given to personality traits.
Of course, future employers can participate in any stage of the selection process, either in person or online.
The goal of the selection process is to determine which candidates are most likely to succeed in Germany. In previous projects, the expectations of TALENTBRÜCKE and International Formation Center regarding the quality of the participants were often exceeded.
Of course, we translate job advertisements, applications, certificates or other documents – if necessary, by legal translators.
The next step for the participants is a language and preparatory course at the International Formation center. Over a period of four to six month, they are prepared for this new stage in their lives.
The course comprises 550 to 800 teaching units and enables them to reach level B2. All participants will take both the B1 and B2 exam (telc) during the course.
In addition to language instruction, cultural preparation is provided. All language content is oriented toward everydady life and adapted to professional requirements.
If desired, TALENTBRÜCKE will take care of all the necessary formalities for the recognition of foreign professional and academic qualifications, taking into account the formal requirements. Each federal state has its own regulations. Please don´t hesitate to contact us!
